Chantal Batter has spent more than two decades living abroad and experiencing different cultures and communities. After studying photography in New Zealand, she developed a strong eye for detail and an appreciation for the unique qualities that make every property stand out.

Her background in sales and customer service led her into real estate in 2017. After spending eight years in New Zealand, Chantal moved to Costa Rica in 2013 and has since lived in several coastal communities throughout Guanacaste.
