Gonzalo Huarcaya is a Costa Rica real estate broker and the founder of Terra Azul Real Estate, specializing in luxury homes, beachfront properties, development land, and investment opportunities throughout Guanacaste.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Gonzalo attended a British school before relocating to the United States as a teenager. He later earned a degree in Economics from Palm Beach State College, building a strong foundation in business, finance, and real estate.
His career began in the mortgage industry, where he developed valuable insight into the financial side of real estate transactions. He later owned and operated a successful relocation company in Florida for six years, helping families and individuals navigate every stage of the moving process. That experience sparked his passion for guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions—finding the right place to call home.
For the past eight years, Costa Rica has been home. As Owner and Broker of Terra Azul Real Estate, Gonzalo has built a reputation for honest communication, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first approach. His in-depth knowledge of the Guanacaste market allows him to help buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate everything from luxury beachfront homes to development opportunities and income-producing properties.
