Kailyn’s career began as an assistant to a prominent Miami-based interior designer, where she developed a keen eye for luxury design and attention to detail. She later worked with a successful relocation company, helping families and individuals navigate the moving process before continuing her career in the fashion industry, where she refined her skills in branding, organization, and client service.

Today, Kailyn leads Terra Azul’s marketing and operations, overseeing luxury property branding, digital marketing, SEO, photography, videography, website management, and social media. Her work showcases Costa Rica luxury real estate to buyers around the world while ensuring every listing receives the attention it deserves and every client enjoys a seamless experience from beginning to end.
