María José is a Guanacaste-based real estate and property management professional with more than 13 years of local experience. Her deep connection to the region, combined with a background in hospitality and luxury property management, gives her a unique perspective on Costa Rica’s real estate market.

After beginning her career in hospitality and working extensively with international clients, María José spent more than five years managing luxury villas and coordinating the day-to-day operations of high-end properties. This experience gave her an in-depth understanding of what international homeowners, investors, and guests expect when they choose to own and enjoy property in Costa Rica.
