Final Walk-Through

A final walkthrough is typically scheduled the day before or the day of closing. This is your chance to verify that the property is in the agreed-upon condition, everything included in the sale is present, and nothing unexpected has changed.

Utilities and Services

After closing, we’ll help you set up essential services like electricity, water, internet, and waste collection. We’ll also provide a list of trusted local contacts for ongoing home support.

Ready for Anything

Even at this stage, last-minute surprises can happen. Whether it’s a broken appliance or a missing key, we’ve seen it all—and we’ll help you resolve it quickly and with minimal stress.

Closing Day

On closing day, the settlement is finalized, funds are transferred, and the deed is signed. If you are financing, your lender will require you to sign the corresponding documents. If you cannot attend in person, we can assist in arranging a remote closing via power of attorney.

The seller will deliver all keys, manuals, and important documents to you at this time. Once everything is signed and registered, congratulations! You’re officially a property owner in Costa Rica!

The Investment Residency Advantage
