Yes, guests who are renting or staying at your designated Household can use the club while actively residing there. You do not have to be present, but when you are, you’ll receive a 10% member discount on select purchases (such as food and beverages) when charged to your account.

Are there monthly dues or account minimums?

Yes, monthly dues are $250 once the club opens, but there are no account minimums.

Are memberships transferable or sellable?

Yes, memberships are owned by you and can either be sold with your property or retained if you move.

Is there a limit on the number of memberships?

Not yet, but a membership cap will be set in the future.

Will the club have surfboard storage for members?

No, the club will not offer personal storage for surfboards or other equipment.

Will there be a kids club?

No, while the club is kid-friendly and will have activities for children, there will not be a dedicated kids club.

What amenities does my membership include?

Your membership provides access to pools, cabanas, restaurants/bars, a spa, gym, meeting rooms, a water sports facility, and the penthouse suite, based on availability. Some services may require additional fees.

Do members get discounts on food and beverages?

Yes! Members receive a 10% discount on select purchases (such as food and beverages) when charged to their account. This discount does not apply to guest purchases.

Can I transfer my membership if I sell my house?

Yes, memberships can be transferred to the new owner of your designated Household with approval from the club operator. A $1,500 transfer fee applies, and the new owner must agree to the membership terms.
