The Vision
The project is set within a low-density, approximately 55-acre enclave featuring 143 fully furnished residences. Architecture is led by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, with interiors by Gensler and landscape design by MAAT Handasa.
Each residence is positioned to maximize view corridors, natural light, and airflow. As a result, layouts emphasize oversized terraces and rooftop spaces designed for outdoor living and sunset views over the gulf.
